If you are a Delhi NCR resident, even then the Maati Questionnaire helps us to curate a complete hair profile and recommend the products, and for the Maati USP services it helps to create a bespoke package after a telephonic conversation with the client.
YES! We are solely committed to the privacy of all our clients. None of the information is shared even with the Maati Team and is only kept to the two founding members of Maati who keep your information as safe and beyond the reach of any individual.
If the concerns are hair damage, split ends or dryness then, a one month Maati Hair Package course is likely to show a lot of difference but if the problems are rooted like eczema, itching on the scalp, hair loss or regrowth then, a one month course will form a ground for the hair concerns but not a complete process. For the latter, the process is likely to be continued for your hair treatment.
ABOUT MAATI
When we started this journey we only had one idea in mind: our old traditions and recipes had reasons and logic and we just had to search and join the dots. Apparently, upon our search the very common reason which came to us that our traditions and recipes are full of common sense. We realised our traditions have always been very close, subtle, pure and simple, in a similar way the soil is to a plant! This is the very reason why we came up with the name “Maati”, as it joined with the nature of the brand and simplicity of it as well.

Your hair pack is customised after a thorough research based on the Maati Questionnaire you fill so that we can make sure to design the right hair pack for you after choosing a hair base for you which makes up the 70% of the hair pack like egg, curd, aloe vera gel, and etc. Additionally, we add two to three powders according to the need and then there are added three to four carrier oils and two to three essential oils, depending on the need and the concern that you are facing.
Yes, you can order a specific product directly! Secondly, once you are done with filling the Maati Questionnaire, you have an option to shop by concern which shows relevant products according to the specific hair care you are looking for and also, the Maati Team can also get in touch with you for the products.
Yes, both Males and Females can avail services from Maati as there is NO bifurcation in the products we manufacture based on the gender.

There is no specific answer as to how many ingredients your hair pack can include as it is a complete bespoke procedure entirely based on your Maati Unique Hair Profile designed from your answers as given in the Maati Questionnaire.

We normally call back within 24 to 48 hours since we do it personally. We have a large volume of calls to be taken and we request you to kindly wait for the given time frame.
Also, half of the consultation is done when you fill up the Maati Questionnaire form and we call you just to make sure if we are on the right page with them while designing your Maati Hair Care Package!
Side effects are very subjective.
- All the natural ingredients can cause side effects as each individual is either compatible or non compatible with a particular ingredient which we are not sure of or in many cases, even you yourself might not be aware of which ingredient you might or might not be compatible with! Hence, to be on a safer side, we recommend doing a patch test for the first 24 hours below the elbow before you start using the Maati Hair Care Package.
- There are no preservatives added to the product which makes the shelf life very less so you can feel completely free since there is no adulteration done either on the ingredient or in the Maati Hair Care Products!
Yes you can use the Maati Products with the artificial products. Just make sure that you do not affect the results of Maati Products with respect to the artificial products or vice versa.
Hair pack is the accumulation of all the ingredients that you want to use on your hair in one single go and is applied for a lesser time frame in comparison to a Maati Oil, Maati Hydrosol or any other hair ingredient. It’s more like a complete hair treatment compared to just oiling!
Firstly, you have to keep your Maati Hair Products away from water. They shouldn’t be kept in areas like your bathroom shelf where there can be too much steam.
Secondly, whenever you take a scoop out from your Maati Hair Product, please make sure that your hands are dried and also that you are not using a wet spoon.

Yes, you can buy products on your own based on a specific concern as products shopped by concern cover a lot of aspects like nourishment, damages caused by lifestyle, heat and etc, which might help you in buying products yourself based on a specific concern.
Every concern whether hair fall, greying, etc have their own kind of a special treatment and the reason behind these are the actual concerns. We are very basic and transparent in our approach. Genetics and Stress are conditions where no product can help you achieve gain with respect to both of them. Hence, genetic hair fall, genetic greying, male pattern baldness are few concerns which are untreatable by science but yes, we can definitely help you reduce the effect of the concerns and hence slow the process down but there is no particular treatment for them.
Well, no product can turn grey hair into a black hair, until and unless you decide to get them coloured but yes! The growth of new grey hair can be reduced with the combination of a few ingredients and target the basic concern.
Also, if you want to keep coloring your hair and do the treatment as well simultaneously then, the Maati Hair Care products would not be able to help you out.

- Heat Treatment: You should not use heat while undergoing the Maati Hair Care Treatment process.
- Healthy Lifestyle: A healthy lifestyle is necessary for healthy hair. For example, if you smoke daily and you complain about why Maati Products are not proving beneficial for you, then smoking is something we do not promote.

We deliver four hair packs in a month depending upon the day you want them
The monthly packages cost an average of INR 4000/- which includes 4 hair packs, 4 rinses, plus 4 blah blah blah
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Yes, you will have to pay the courier charges for every package delivery since these are the charges of the courier companies and we have little to no margin in the delivery charges.
We will dispatch your order in 2-4 working days. You can receive your product generally in 6-7 working days. (Considering that the product is ready)
Customised orders do take time so please bear with us and wait for your order. 🙂
Yes, you can definitely return an order and we will arrange to get the order picked up!
No, we do not have the policy for refunding money on the product but you can get a replacement on the product if the product turns out to be defective or of inferior quality.
