Cancellation Policy:
ā¢ To cancel a COD or PREPAID order, please send an email to maaticare1@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
ā¢ Once an order is dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
ā¢ If your order is cancelled due to non-availability of stocks for over 30 working days, the full amount will be refunded back to the original payment method.
ā¢ Orders cannot be altered once placed; they can only be cancelled, and a new order must be placed.
ā¢ All order cancellation requests must be made via email to maaticare1@gmail.com or sending a whatsapp on 8587042781 within 24 hours of placing the order.

Return Policy:
ā¢ Returns are allowed within three days of delivery for unused, sealed, and undamaged items only if it meets the brandās return certificate . Please email us at maaticare1@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with the reason of return.Ā
ā¢ A reverse pickup will be arranged, and once the productās seal and condition are verified, a refund will be processed.
ā¢ Please note that a deduction as per shipping actuals by delivery company will be made for reverse pickup from the total refund amount.
ā¢ In the rare event of receiving a damaged product, contact us at maaticare1@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery for assistance with a replacement or refund alongwith images and unboxing videos.Ā
ā¢ Damages caused by negligence or incorrect application are not covered under the Returns Policy.
ā¢ No exchange or return can be processed for allergies/skin reactions, dislikes of fragrance, or color variations.
ā¢ We recommend checking the ingredients list for known allergies and performing a patch test prior to use.
