In the early days of our brand, despite sourcing hibiscus flowers from some of the best organic farms, the color of the powder wasn’t quite what our founder had envisioned. One day, during a trip to the himachali hills, she stumbled upon a woman farmer sitting under the sun, carefully separating hibiscus petals from the rest of the flower. Since that day, we’ve embraced this meticulous, labor-intensive process of separating and sun-drying only the petals.
